Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from LifeNourish. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind

Items returned within 30 days in new, unused condition with original packaging are eligible for a refund of the purchase price (return postage at your cost). For hygiene reasons, some personal-use items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure you may choose a full refund or replacement, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. We never require you to return to the manufacturer — contact us and we will handle it.

How to make a claim

Email team@lifenourish.com.au with your order number and a description (photos help). We respond within one business day. Refunds are made to your original payment method in full — no restocking or processing deductions on faulty goods.
